Pampering. It should be the time for peace and relaxation. With all of the stresses of everyday life, it’s important that we take some time for ourselves. Not all of us can afford the luxury of a day at the spa or even have the time! Here are some great tips on how you can treat yourself at home! Your mind and body will thank you. Maybe Invite a few friends over make it a girls day!

Gather Your Spa Supplies.

Set The Mood.

An Essential Oil Diffuser provides numerous health benefits and can enhance the effects of your spa day. Depending on the day, you can set the mood relaxing or invigorating. Prepare your Essential Oil Diffuser by adding fresh water and the essential oil of your choice to create the atmosphere you desire. Make Detox Water.

Simply add slices of your favorite fruits to your water pitcher for a refreshing “spa drink.” Lemon water combinations have been proven to boost your immune system, aid with digestion and improve your skin condition.

For super soft feet, we suggest buffing rough heels and calluses with our callus remover foot file and then following it with a moisturizing foot soak. You can follow up with a foot scrub to remove any dry skin around the toes.


Invigorate Your Toenails.

Push your cuticles back with a cuticle pusher and trim any hangnails with our stainless steel cuticle nipper. Use a toenail clipper to trim nails, file them smooth, and finish with a foot massage before applying nail polish.


Cleanse Your Hands.

For soft as silk hands, use a scrub to soften and remove any rough spots. You can use leftover body scrub or mix equal parts honey and oatmeal for a softening hand scrub. Rinse, apply a little coconut oil to your cuticles and push them back.


Rejuvenate Your Nails.
